The objectives of the quality approach are patient safety, the quality of treatmentsand the implementation ofa dynamic of progress. This approach is part of an inspection carried out by the FrenchNuclear Safety Authority (Autorité de Sureté Nucléaire). Its aim is to provide an independent assessment of the quality of the Centre's services.
For our patients, this is the official guarantee of a high level of quality and safety in treatment.
In addition, the quality system organises the prevention and management of undesirable events. These events are studied by the Reading Unit and analysed by the Feedback Committee.
The aim is to collectively review the event and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure that it does not happen again.
Finally, a number of bodies coordinate and improve practices within the Centre.
