Treatment - Administrative formalities

In order to put together your admission file for the Ris-Orangis Radiotherapy Centre (CRRO), you will need to bring a number of documents with you to your first consultation:

  • Carte Vitale
  • NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD
  • Certificate of 100% cover
  • Any medical information in your possession: medical records, X-rays, MRIs, scans, mammograms, etc.

Important: You will be asked for the contact details of your medical contacts (GP, referring GP, oncologist, surgeon....).

An admissions secretary will compile your file in your presence. To do this, we ask you to arrive ½ hour before your appointment time.

Identitovigilance : To ensure your safety, we have introduced a policy of identity verification throughout your care. To this end, we will ask for your permission to take a photo on the day of your admission.
